Christian and Society III
An examination of the Christian's role in the contemporary world. This is a topical study to discuss and analyse social issues that challenge the Church and Christians as a whole and explore the Christian response to the challenge.
We will continue to to look at the state of Christianity in North America and Canada in particular. We will also discuss how the church (beyond MCBC) can change the tide.
Other hot topic regarding Christian response to issues such as social justice, LGBTQ+, abortions, etc. The class may choose other topics for discussion.
Join us beginning this Sunday, March 3 at 11:15 AM in-person (Room B-07) and on Zoom. Subsequent classes will be from March 17 onwards.

When Helping Hurts
Brothers and sisters who are interested in learning how we can help the materially poor without hurting them and ourselves are invited to join our new course, When Helping Hurts, by Steve Corbett and Brian Fikkert.
Each session will be about an hour long led by FLOW Ministries Executive Director, Rev Peter Ma, and consists of a short video, discussion, and application—no preparation work is needed, just an open heart to learn!

Answering Objections
To Christianity

Our Youth Director, Tim Vang, will be leading a series of Zoom sessions on how to answer some common objections to Christianity. These sessions will aim to equip believers to articulate and defend their faith, while also providing an open place of dialogue for those who may have questions.
We welcome all who are in grades 10-12, university, or adults to join! The first session will begin on Sunday March 7, 2021 and continue on for two months.
